Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Groundsman/Tree Trimmer to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining trees and grounds in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain trees and grounds in a clean and orderly condition
  • Perform pruning, trimming, and removal of trees as required
  • Operate heavy machinery, including chainsaws and chippers
  • Assist with stump grinding and other tree maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in tree maintenance or a related field (training provided)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
