Job Title: Travel Nurse RN - Home Health Specialist

Job Summary:

OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team as a Home Health Specialist. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a home health setting, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on care plans, medications, and other important health information.
  • Document patient progress, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Travel Nurse RN in a home health setting.
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
