About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Longhorn Steakhouse. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and pots and pans to the highest standards.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including the dishwashing area, storage rooms, and walk-in refrigerators.
  • Stock supplies for the service and culinary teams, ensuring that all necessary items are readily available.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.
