Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Desktop Support Analyst to join our team at Franklin Fitch. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop systems, providing top-notch support to our end-users, and collaborating with our team to resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support for desktop systems, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Document and track technical issues using diagnostic and help request tracking tools.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our end-users, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows and MacOS operating systems.
  • Experience with Office365, AD, and Azure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS Suite experience.
  • Tier II/III support experience.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
