Key Responsibilities:

  • Prescribe and dispense medications to patients in an outpatient clinic and retail setting.
  • Oversee all areas of outpatient pharmaceutical services, including procurement, distribution, storage, and administration of medication.
  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
  • Review and optimize outpatient operations to ensure efficient and effective drug distribution systems.
  • Maintain the Pharmacy Services Policy and Procedure Manual to reflect changes in the law and accreditation standards.

Requirements:

  • State of California Pharmacist license.
  • Bachelor of Science degree from a college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.
