About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our dynamic care team at Right at Home. As a CHHA, you will provide clinical expertise and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, and preparing meals.
  • Perform housekeeping activities, such as vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning.
  • Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
  • Perform patient-specific activities, such as medication reminders, range of motion exercises, and special diets.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
  • Two years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities) is preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and insured automobile.
  • A current CHHA license from the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
