Job Title: Radiologic Technician

Job Summary:
Health Advocates Network is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technician to work at a medical facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating imaging equipment and providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow physicians' orders to obtain necessary images
  • Operate and adjust imaging equipment to ensure high-quality results
  • Explain procedures to patients and position them for optimal imaging
  • Follow radiation safety protocols to prevent exposure to patients and staff
  • Organize and maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technician/X-ray Technologist
  • Current credentials in the state of California
  • Valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate care
  • Familiarity with medical terminology

Preferred Qualifications:
  • California Mammography Certificate
  • ARRT Certification in Mammography
  • 8 hours of mammography digital training
  • 8 hours of radiology digital training
