We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Cherry Hill. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, as well as supervising nursing personnel to ensure the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support.
- Supervise nursing personnel to ensure that care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local guidelines.
- Coordinate care delivery to ensure that resident needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- 2-3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on gerontological nursing and dementia care.
- Valid and current LPN/LVN state license.
- Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.
