MITER Brands is seeking a TPM Specialist to join our team in Flower Mound, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Total Productive Maintenance processes to maximize equipment efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Set safety priorities and manage scan procedures and audits
• Create teams and schedules for events and training sessions
• Conduct training and manage provisional standards for machines
• Record machine output and manage tags for allocation
• Operate local training sessions and manage lubrication standards
• Build TPM boards and create a clean and organized work environment
• Improve equipment reliability by focusing on the eight pillars of TPM

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze processes and lead culture change
• Commitment to management philosophy and culture change
• Ability to work with diverse groups and travel as needed
