Practice Overview
The Medicus Firm is pleased to offer a medical oncologist opportunity in a community-based practice in California. This esteemed team of 12 physicians provides exceptional care and a supportive work environment.

Job Details
This full-time position offers a challenging and rewarding clinical experience with an excellent balance between oncology and hematology cases. With a patient load of 15-20 patients per day, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with your patients and their families.

Work-Life Balance
Enjoy a 4-day clinic schedule (Monday through Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm) with flexible call arrangements. You will have ample time to focus on your patients' needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Clinical Environment
You will be working in a state-of-the-art facility with advanced EMR technology (NextGen) and opportunities to participate in clinical trials. Our partnership with the University of Southern California ensures access to cutting-edge research and innovative treatments.

Compensation Package
We are committed to providing a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $600,000 and a sign-on bonus. Additionally, we offer loan repayment assistance and a comprehensive benefits package.
