The Cloud Health Technical Specialist plays a pivotal role in helping Arrow Electronics, Inc. achieve its goals by working closely with sales representatives, business partners, and end-users to create tailored systems configurations that meet customer needs.
Salary & Benefits
We offer a highly competitive salary of $148,200 - $180,000 OTE annually, along with an array of benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k with matching contributions, short-term/long-term disability insurance, health savings account (HSA)/health reimbursement account (HRA) options, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, growth opportunities, and more.
About the Role
This full-time position is based in the US-CO-Colorado region, with flexibility for remote work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating systems configurations based on customer requirements, collaborating with sales reps, business partners, and end-users to resolve design configuration issues, providing training to sales reps and partner engineers on configuration tools, staying up-to-date with new product updates, and maintaining product certifications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create systems configurations based on customer needs, offering product recommendations and running alternative configurations that present a better solution.
- Collaborate with sales reps, business partners, and end-users to resolve design configuration issues and run revisions.
- Provide training to sales reps and partner engineers on configuration tools and how to use them.
- Maintain product certifications and stay up-to-date with new product updates.
- Develop technical presentations and trainings for partners on products and solutions, and provide product demonstrations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, experience with cloud providers is preferred, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, act as a resource for colleagues, contribute to process improvements, and travel at least 25% of the time.
