The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a highly qualified Supervisory Research Microbiologist to lead our laboratory team in the development and implementation of cutting-edge microbiological research programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement laboratory quality and safety standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to laboratory staff, including training and development of new procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research programs, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in laboratory operations and procedures.
