Hardware Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative reliability tests on new hardware programs
  • Quantify reliability risk and support failure analysis
  • Advise the executive team on the best path forward
  • Collaborate with diverse engineering teams to improve product reliability
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in hardware-focused engineering or technical field
  • 3-5+ years of reliability or relevant engineering experience
  • Experience with product characterization, including mechanical stress tests and environmental testing
  • Familiarity with Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS or PhD degree in hardware-focused engineering or technical field
  • Statistical experience with Weibull analysis or accelerated test models
  • Understanding of Design of Experiments
