Key Responsibilities

  2. Maintain a high standard of excellence in cleaning and maintaining resort property units.">
  3. Strip units of soiled linens, remove trash, and clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.">
  4. Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection, and report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.">
  5. Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed, assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storage closets, and attend all training sessions.">
  6. Evaluate each guest room after it has been cleaned to make sure that it meets MasterCorp's quality standards.">

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required.">
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).">
  • Ability to make decisions, plan and schedule tasks, and read, write, and do basic math.">
  • Promptness and timeliness in completing assignments.">
  • A passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic.">
  • Ability to learn and change behavior, and work irregular hours with occasional travel.">
