We're seeking passionate and organized individuals with 2+ years of guest service and stock experience, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to work collaboratively with our team. If you're a natural fit for our island-inspired brand, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process store merchandise to the selling floor, replenishing inventory and providing product knowledge to guests
  • Partner with the Stock Coordinator to maintain daily stock room operations, ensuring shipping supply levels are neat and orderly
  • Process all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and timely, adhering to Retail Operations Policies and Procedures
  • Actively participate in store-related meetings, generating reports and communicating inventory-related inquiries/discrepancies

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of guest service and stock experience
  • Organized and efficient, with strong communication skills and ability to work with numbers
  • Natural collaborator, able to identify opportunities and take initiative
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
  • Climbing ladders – frequently
  • Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
