Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly, fast, and accurate customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers on the sales floor, including answering questions, making recommendations, and processing transactions at the register.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all departments and categories to effectively assist customers with their purchases.
- Process donations and provide receipts to customers, while also maintaining a clean and organized donation area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor, including maintaining store displays, restocking shelves, and participating in visual merchandising efforts.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and perform other physical demands of the job.
