About the Role

Pittsburgh Embossing Services is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for repairing, rebuilding, and refurbishing mechanical equipment, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Repair, rebuild, and refurbish mechanical equipment to meet customer specifications
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers via phone and on-site visits
  • Inspect and prepare equipment for shipping, ensuring it meets quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical equipment repair and maintenance
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
