Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician to provide exceptional care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role involves both inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring comprehensive management of high-risk pregnancies.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver specialized medical care for patients with complex obstetric conditions.
- Perform essential procedures including ultrasounds, amniocentesis, and cervical cerclage.
- Collaborate with a skilled team, including Certified Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses, to enhance patient outcomes.
- Manage clinical responsibilities alongside on-call duties, ensuring timely response to emergencies.
The facility is equipped with modern technology, including on-site lab and ultrasound services, and offers a supportive environment with a total of 360 beds and three examination rooms.
Qualifications:- Must possess an active medical license in Alaska.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
- Completion of a fellowship in the relevant specialty is required.
Travel, accommodation, and malpractice insurance will be provided, ensuring a smooth transition into this role.
