Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Homewood at Martinsburg, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team and contribute to our mission of honoring Christ through faithful service to seniors and one another.

About the Role:

As an LPN, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments, maintaining accurate records of care provided, and delegating daily duties to nursing assistants and hospitality aides. You will also participate in care planning, evaluating the physical and psychological needs of our residents, and responding in accordance with proper nursing techniques and protocol.

Requirements:

We are seeking a current and valid LPN license in the state you will be providing care. You must also possess judgment capabilities, initiative, and dependability, as well as the ability to read, write, and understand English well. You will be required to stand, walk, stoop, twist, and turn frequently throughout the course of an eight-hour shift, and be able to lift 30 pounds in assisting co-workers with resident lifts, transfers, etc. several times throughout the shift.
