- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with benefits vendors, including health insurance carriers, retirement plan providers, and other third-party administrators.
- Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, eligibility, and claims processing, and ensure accurate and timely payment of benefits.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of benefits programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on changes in federal and state regulations, laws, and industry standards, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in benefits administration, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Professional certifications, such as PHR or SPHR.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
