We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team at Providence Alaska Medical Center. As a PICU RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill children and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill children, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage complex medical equipment and technology.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
