Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Dental Assistant to lead and supervise a team of dental assistants, ensuring the highest level of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental assisting, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of dental assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of clinical excellence.
  • Maintain clinical supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are available and in good working order.
  • Educate team members on new procedures and techniques, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Greet guests with a smile, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they enter the office.
  • Assist dentists with all procedures, including preparing patients for exams and procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform X-rays, charting existing and recommended treatment plans, and preparing treatment rooms for procedures.
  • Record medical history for each guest, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the office, including sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Dental Assistant License
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RDA in a dental practice
