Shift Hours: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. or 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.
Contract Duration: 3 Months with potential for extension
Compensation: $20-$24 per hour
Role Summary:
- Seeking a precertification specialist with strong communication abilities to confirm outpatient visit authorizations for healthcare facilities.
- The ideal candidate should possess familiarity with insurance provider portals and demonstrate proficiency in accurately researching patient insurance benefits.
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential for facilitating effective communication between medical offices and healthcare institutions.
- Required Experience: A minimum of 1 year in hospital authorization verification is necessary.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
