Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Custodial Technician Recruiter to join our team at Imperial Cleaning. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating interview logistics, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and identify qualified candidates through social media platforms, job boards, and other recruitment tools
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
• Conduct thorough interviews with candidates and maintain accurate records of the recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide recommendations for qualified candidates
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment and human resources

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced industry setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
