We are seeking a skilled Acute Medical Nurse RN to join our team at Shelby Baptist Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients, including administering medications and treatments
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree)
