Job Opportunity

Vivo HealthStaff is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California.

Job Summary:

We are recruiting for a full-time permanent opportunity with benefits. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare to patients with complex and chronic care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care visits and perform health risk assessments, including medical history review, symptom evaluation, and physical examinations.
  • Develop care plans for chronic disease management and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with a team to ensure quality patient care and provide comprehensive healthcare to patients with complex and chronic care needs.

Requirements:

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • Valid DEA License.
  • Advanced practice clinician experience preferred. New grads will be considered if they have at least 1 year of clinical patient care experience.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
