Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers to schedule pest control services, answer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Treatment Administration: Administer treatments, install preventative products, and service bait/termite stations to ensure effective pest control.
  • Vehicle Operations: Safely operate company vehicles to travel to customer locations and return to the office.
  • Payment Collection: Collect payments from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Home Inspections: Conduct thorough home inspections to identify pest/termite problems and recommend solutions.
  • Complaint Resolution: Visit customers to resolve complaints or service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prospecting: Identify new business leads and opportunities to grow our customer base.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • License: Valid driver's license required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and ability to work independently required.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug test required.
