Job Description OverviewClinic Location: 1107 S Lemay Ave. Suite 200, Fort Collins, CO 80524
We're seeking an experienced Clinical Support professional (MA or EMT) to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. As a key member of our clinical staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient support, facilitating an outstanding patient experience, and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform point-of-care laboratory tests, EKGs as ordered, suture/staple removal, dressing changes, and other patient care activities.
- Collect and document vital signs, histories, and screenings.
- Authorize prescription refills as directed.
- Prepare patients, rooms, and supplies for visits or examinations.
- Perform phlebotomy and correctly process specimens.
- Clean and maintain treatment rooms and equipment.
- Certified Medical Assistant or eligible within 90 days of hire OR EMT certification OR unencumbered license as an LVN/LPN OR RN license.
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- Phlebotomy experience required.
- Current BLS certification for healthcare providers preferred; required within 90 days of employment.
- High School Diploma/Equivalency required.
- Experience in primary care, family practice, internal medicine, urgent care, or ER preferred.
The base compensation range for this role is $19-26/hr. for EMT and $19-28/hr. for Medical Assistant.
