Scope of Work
Nurses on our team deliver care responsibly and accountably, adhering to the American Nurses Association (ANA) and State of Michigan standards. They demonstrate competency through critical thinking, assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Furthermore, they uphold professional performance standards, including ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, and research.
Responsibilities
This role involves caring for patients aged 65 and above with various diagnoses, such as Congestive Heart Failure, COPD, Septic Shock, Acute Kidney Injuries, Delirium, and more. The successful candidate will work closely with the care team to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
