Customer Engagement:

Welcome customers and identify their needs; perform tire inspections.

Handle incoming calls according to company standards.

Guide customers in selecting the right products and assist with loading tires when necessary.

Order Management:

Utilize the point of sale system to generate work orders and invoices efficiently.

Calculate sales totals, process payments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about current promotions and company policies regarding transactions and returns.

Financial Responsibilities:

Manage cash registers, including counting cash, balancing drawers, and preparing deposits.

Issue computerized invoices.

Inventory Control:

Conduct inventory checks and reorder stock as needed.

Organize and display product information to enhance sales opportunities.

Additional Duties:

Monitor for security threats and understand how to address potential issues.

Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including shelves and counters.

Adhere to the guidelines outlined in the employee handbook.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

Lifting: Regularly lift items exceeding 50 pounds from ground level to chest height.

Mobility: Engage in occasional squatting, bending, and twisting.

Endurance: Stand for extended periods.

Communication: Read work orders and write confirmations and recommendations.

Safety Equipment: Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and appropriate footwear.
