We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at Synectics. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing.

• Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner
• Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing
• Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with patients
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Meet productivity and quality standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric
• Ability to make decisions based on established procedures
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Flexibility to work multiple locations and varied shifts
