This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to help patients regain independence and enhance their quality of life through personalized therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to design tailored therapy plans.
  • Provide interventions to help patients improve daily living skills and regain functional independence.
  • Teach patients and families therapeutic exercises and strategies for at-home care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain detailed records of patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
  • Pursue continuous professional development to stay informed about best practices.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • An active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in South Carolina.
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
