Lead Educator

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our young students.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with experience working with children aged 0-3 in a group setting. They will be passionate about child-led learning, familiar with Montessori principles, and committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, leading activities, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students. You will also be expected to maintain open communication with parents, provide regular updates on student progress, and participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of student progress, including assessments, reports, and feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians through regular updates, meetings, and events
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in early childhood education
