We provide Guaranteed Energy Savings projects that deliver a comprehensive, integrated service supported by performance-based agreements. Our firm oversees the entire upgrade process, offering a variety of funding options to our clients.

We specialize in Building Automation Systems for both new constructions and retrofits, alongside support services that encompass maintenance, monitoring, reporting, and utility bill management.

Our unique Services Agreement allows clients to achieve cost savings through reduced energy consumption, with the financial burden of necessary upgrades covered upfront by our company, eliminating the need for client capital or debt.

As a result, clients benefit from substantial savings and significant building enhancements without any initial investment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough on-site evaluations of prospective buildings to devise engineering solutions aimed at calculating energy and water savings (40%)
2. Develop comprehensive sales proposal content detailing these solutions (10%)
3. Establish the scope and pricing for selected energy conservation measures (15%)
4. Oversee the commissioning of all implemented solutions (15%)
5. Analyze relevant data to confirm predicted savings in accordance with IPMVP standards, ensuring accountability for guaranteed energy savings (15%)
6. Engage in continuous professional development (5%)

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of building services, including mechanical and HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems, and electrical lighting
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient computer skills
- Fundamental project management skills
- Ability to effectively engage with a diverse customer portfolio across a wide geographic area
- Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering productive working relationships
- Proven track record in sourcing and implementing new technologies, with current knowledge of energy efficiency advancements
- Experience collaborating with solution providers to enhance energy and utility performance in commercial, industrial, and healthcare settings
- Willingness to travel and work outside of regular hours when necessary

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or energy systems engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Technical experience with energy upgrade projects and performance contracts is advantageous
- Possession of one or more industry certifications (CEM, CEA, CMVP, LEED AP, etc.) is a plus
- Demonstrated experience conducting energy audits per ASHRAE standards (Level 2 & 3 and Investment Grade Audits)
- Advanced understanding of energy modeling, best practices, and relevant codes (ASHRAE, IESNA, NEC, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage projects from proposal through implementation to completion
- Technical expertise in energy efficiency technologies
