Job Title: Copywriter

The Copywriter is a key member of our team, responsible for crafting high-impact content that resonates with our global audience. This role requires a strong understanding of our brand voice and messaging, as well as the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality content for cross-team initiatives, including short and long-form content.
  • Tailor messaging to a wide, global audience, ensuring that content is engaging and effective.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge of our brand guidelines, style guides, and content types.
  • Brainstorm visual copy ideas with designers and marketing strategists, and modify copy under the direction of the Director of Brand Voice.
  • Edit YouVersion user stories for use across marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships.
  • Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems.
  • Ability to manage conflict and differing opinions while maintaining composure.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of related work experience.
