We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Specialist to join our team at Fujifilm. As an Instrumentation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and operational reliability of our facility's instrumentation and control systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation and controls, with experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, as well as performing calibrations and following standard procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) quality standards.
You will work closely with our maintenance team to provide input and recommendations for written instructions of preventive maintenance tasks and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assist in the development of maintenance and calibration procedures and programs.
Responsibilities include performing loop checks for new instrumentation to ensure proper functionality, performing lock out tag out (LOTO) as required to complete I&C/Metrology activities, mentoring entry-level technicians, adhering to all safety requirements, and supporting site operations and emergency work orders during off-hours as needed.
Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, 4 years of I&C experience or similar field, experience with GMP requirements, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, effective communication, both written and oral, ability to work in a team environment, knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, and must be able to work shifts and on-call as needed.
