About the Role:
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility and adaptability. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote animal welfare and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and handling client inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Assisting with daily operations, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring animals
- Participating in cross-training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
