Job Title: Child Interventionist

At Butterfly Effects, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Interventionist to join our team. As a Child Interventionist, you will work with children on the autism spectrum, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA treatment plans to promote positive behavior changes and skill acquisitions in children with autism.
  • Build rapport with clients and their families, providing a supportive and nurturing environment.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Web-enabled device for completing hiring process and note-taking during sessions.
  • Empathy, critical thinking, communication, and patience are essential skills for this role.
