Electrical Assembly Job Description

At Arizon Companies, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembly professional to join our team. As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the goals of our manufacturing departments by providing a diverse array of interrelated responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble control panels and related equipment, including cables, harnesses, and motors
  • Layout and assemble electrical systems and sub-systems, and troubleshoot problems that arise on the floor and in the electrical lab
  • Read and interpret work orders, line diagrams, and schematics
  • Communicate issues with the Electrical Team immediately
  • Work in a multicultural team environment
  • Electrical conduit experience, including routing and bending
  • Knowledge of NEC
  • Ability to wire lighting and GFI circuits
  • Trained in electrical safety procedures
  • Ability to read basic electrical schematics
  • UL 508A industrial panel building experience is a plus
  • Experience with PLC or DDC controls systems, wiring, and system knowledge is a plus
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of electrical experience
  • Able to read and interpret schematics and wire lists
  • Experience in HVAC service is a plus
  • Must have power panel experience, along with trouble shooting and testing systems
