Job Overview
RedTeam Software is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive, Enterprise to join its growing sales organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company's presence in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your knowledge of construction and RedTeam's product portfolio to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Pursue an increased knowledge of key competitors to communicate our value proposition to customers effectively.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by creating account-based pursuit plans and following a proven sales methodology/process that centers around the customers' business success.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B.
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired.
  • Proven record of success in an inside sales and outside sales-based selling model.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships and communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a remote position.
