We are seeking a highly skilled Broadcast Systems Engineer to join our team at Utter Associates Inc.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, deployment, and maintenance of complex broadcast systems. This includes working with clients to understand their requirements, developing technical solutions, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of broadcast systems, including audio and video transmission, signal processing, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with industry-standard software and hardware, including AutoCAD, MS Office, and Cisco networking equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy broadcast systems, including studio, transmission, and reception facilities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, installation plans, and maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of broadcast systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in broadcast engineering.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a broadcast engineering role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of broadcast systems, including audio and video transmission, signal processing, and network infrastructure.
  • Experience with industry-standard software and hardware, including AutoCAD, MS Office, and Cisco networking equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel to client sites, as required.

Estimated salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
