At UpFresh Kitchen Locust, we're seeking a talented Culinary Supervisor to lead our kitchen team and drive culinary excellence.

As a Culinary Supervisor, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals, ensuring consistency and exceptional taste.

Salary: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.

Develop and implement menu items and specials to enhance customer experience.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure food meets company standards.

Main Goals:

  • Improve menu offerings and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance kitchen efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Collaborate with General Manager to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen management or related field.

Skills:

  • Strong culinary expertise and creativity.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
