Job Overview

R&D Partners is seeking a skilled Histology Associate to join our team in a laboratory setting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform histotechniques such as embedding, microtomy, coverslipping, processing, and primary staining.
  • Operate laboratory or manufacturing equipment with precision and accuracy.
  • Receive detailed instructions and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor and prepare bulk reagents for laboratory use.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of directly related histology experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and follow operating procedures.
  • Knowledge of basic manufacturing and laboratory techniques.
  • Skilled use of word processing and email software.
  • Demonstrated experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
