Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:


The Warehouse AM Lead is responsible for ensuring the efficient replenishment of picking lanes, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting daily operations in the warehouse.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Replenish product on pallets and rollers in pick locations, including forking down product
  • Store product and follow established rotation procedures
  • Receive and unload product from transports, record and maintain receiving records
  • Responsible for product add on/off load changes for delivery routes, count and verify incoming product from daily routes as needed
  • Receive, unload, consolidate and re-stock returned product and shells
  • Assist with inventory by conducting monthly physical counts, load transports for delivery to customer accounts
  • Restock and repack damaged and out-of-date products, manage and build pick ticket orders as needed
  • Receive and distribute incoming FedEx and UPS shipments, perform other duties as necessary


Requirements:



  • Sufficient formal or informal education to ensure the ability to read and write at a level required for successful job performance
  • Ability to obtain a valid pallet jack certification (individuals 18 years or older), ability to obtain a valid forklift certification as needed (individuals 18 year or older)
  • Ability to provide attention to detail, proper lifting techniques
  • Work in a warehouse setting with exposure to hot indoor temperatures during summer months, potential for long and irregular hours during peak seasons
