Responsibilities

The Warehouse Receiver will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the receipt and storage of merchandise and materials. These tasks include:
  • Receiving and inspecting merchandise and materials from outside vendors.
  • Unpacking, counting, and verifying the accuracy of shipments.
  • Documenting any discrepancies or damage to merchandise or materials.
  • Loading and unloading trucks and breaking down pallets as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory and tracking the movement of merchandise and materials within the warehouse.
  • Rotating product to ensure that older items are sold before newer ones expire.
