YOUR ROLE
As an HVAC Installation Support Specialist, you will assist skilled technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HVAC systems and the necessary tools for their installation and upkeep. A successful HVAC Installation Support Specialist should be physically capable, adept with tools, and able to follow directions effectively.

- Experience in assisting with the installation and removal of HVAC systems, as well as maintenance and repair of heating and cooling units in various settings.
- Proficient in using a range of hand and power tools required for HVAC tasks.
- Ability to clean and replace air ducts as needed.
- Capable of following instructions for transporting parts, tools, and materials to job sites.
- Ensuring all tools and equipment are well-maintained and operational.
- Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations for HVAC systems.
- Completion of a relevant apprenticeship may be beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their functionalities.
- Familiarity with all necessary tools and equipment for HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Able to work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces and varying temperatures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Possession of required tools.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
