Job Title: Overnight Counselor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Counselor to join our team at Northwood Children's Services. As an Overnight Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing care and supervision to our students, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the night.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care and support to students, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Supervise students during overnight hours, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Respond to situations or concerns that arise during the night, utilizing crisis intervention techniques as needed.
  • Prepare students for daily activities in the morning, as needed.
Requirements:
  • (2) years of college or other related post-high school education, or four (4) years of experience in child care or the human services field.
  • Bachelor's degree and one (1) or more years' experience in the child care or human services field is preferred but not required.
  • Candidates who are hired who have completed a bachelor's degree will be compensated at a higher wage.
