About the Role

As a member of our Restaurant Squad, you will aim to consistently deliver great customer service and the MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC experience. You will make pizzas that are every bit as beautiful and fun as you are and get to do so in a cool environment with authentic vibes.

You will make pizzas for a variety of customers, including those who prefer pineapple, plant-based options, and pepperoni. You will work together with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience vibe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make customer pizzas, salads, and other menu items
  • Package customer orders with urgency
  • Follow all food safety and food quality standards
  • Keep the restaurant clean and ready to deliver the best customer service
  • Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate, and fast) on every shift
  • Have fun and work together with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience vibe
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a passion for people and enjoy connecting with fellow Squad crew members and customers
  • Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner
