Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operating Room Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients, as well as supervising staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated.
Responsibilities:- Assess and plan direct clinical care for assigned patients
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current RN licensure in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operating Room nursing
- Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Master's degree)
- CPR-Basic Life Support certification
- Guaranteed hours for local contracts
- Preferred Booking Agreement for local contracts
- Weekly pay
- Holiday Pay
- Referral bonus
