As a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing a gold-standard, inpatient clinical and educational program for children with ASD.

You will work as part of a dynamic and supportive treatment team, collaborating with professionals from various disciplines to target and deliver curriculum and skill acquisition targets to clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assistance and supervision to individuals residing in the PRTF during various activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene routines, toileting needs, and meal preparation.
- Assist in coordinating daily schedules, routines, and related client programming to ensure opportunities exist to target goals outlined on individual's service plans.
- Develop and implement effective support strategies, communication plans, and environmental modifications to address clients' unique needs.
- Participate in meetings, clinical rounds, case management team meetings, and other collaborative efforts to support the unique requirements of the PRTF.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in related field (i.e., psychology, special education, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and their families; preferably in PRTF, hospital, or hospital-like setting.
